5.2 Response to Notices

If you believe that content you submitted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including your identification, a description of the removed content and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, and your consent to appropriate jurisdiction for resolution of the dispute.

6. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Such third-party content remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders and is subject to the terms of the applicable licences.
